WTF?!?! (warning, severe language!!!)
So the Congress looked into what happened with FEMA (the disaster agency that failed Katrina survivors) and has decided, ABOLISH IT.
Why? Because it failed AFTER it was moved under the Homeland Security Agency. Before that it had a sterling reputation, and had done beautifully for us here on the Emerald Coast and elsewhere.
So, ABOLISH it AND: Replace it with another agency (nice clean name apparently) and PUT IT WHERE?
Right back fucking under the Homeland Security Agency which was the cause of FEMA getting fucked up in the first damn place!!!
